Delivery
Southern Mobility Services buyers information : will deliver orders over £100 free of charge to anywhere within a 10-mile radius of Basingstoke. Smaller items can be returned, but there will be a delivery charge of £15.00. You can call and enquire as to whether there will be a delivery charge applicable to your order.
We aim to deliver within three working days from the date of purchase; however some specialised products i.e. some Powerchairs & Riser Recline chairs can take up to 28 working days – customers will be advised of this at the time of ordering.
Returns & Refunds
All standard products can be returned unused within seven days of receipt for a full refund if not used and with their original packaging; however, we cannot accept returns of Bathroom and toilet aids due to hygiene issues.
Particular order & prescriptive products cannot be returned as they are built to individual customer specifications.
